Steak rub

Best on beef steaks like T-bone or rib eye.

Ingredients

• 4 tbsp granulated garlic

• 4 tbsp koshor salt

• 4 tbsp corn starch

• 2 tbsp paprika

• 3 tbsp course ground black pepper

• 1/2 tsp white pepper

• 3/4 tsp dried thyme

Combine all ingredients with a whisk in a bowl. Store in cool dry place. Rub on Beef Steak
