Countersink Left Spar for LE/Tank

In order to install the leading edge and tank to the spar, you have to MC the holes along the spar so the dimpled skins lay flat. I skipped this step a while back so now it needs to be done. This took longer than expected because I did not set the depth deep enough on the first pass. After discovering that the skins did not lay flush, I had to MC all the holes again! I guess the old saying measure twice, cut once applies. No harm done though. Just some extra time. Here's Jim helping me MC the spar.

It is best to take your time when doing this. You can bugger up a hole pretty quick!

Jim hard at work.

We riveted the leading edge last night. So here is is all ready to rivet to the spar.

All the holes are done now and ready to go!
