Left Wing Walk Doubler and Hung Top Skins
The wing walk doubler is made by cutting one of the 10x48 sheets down to 9 3/8"x26. There are two 10x48 sheets in the kit. The manual doesn't tell you this. It needs to be updated.

The forward edge of the wing walk doubler sets right up against the rear edge of the forward spar. I measured back 9/16" from the front of the W-702 skin and taped the doubler in place. I then back drilled the doubler using the holes in the W-702 as a guide. I used some scrap MDF underneath to drill in to.

I had to re align the wing in the jig because the edge of the W-703 skin overlaps the end of the wing a little. Some people notch the wing support angle but I chose to move the wing over a bit. This was a royal pain because I have to level everything out again.

I used a small piece of wood for the lower support on the tip of the wing. I am going to replace this with some angle next time I go to Home Depot.

Finally. I have the W-702 and W-703 skins clecoed on the wing. It is starting to look like a wing now. The double fit like a glove. Almost all of the holes lined up beautifully.

After the skins were on I did another alignment check to make sure everything was square.

I had almost no twist in the wing.
