Drilled Rib Holes for Conduit - Left Wing
Rear Spar Riveting
After priming the rear spar, I decided it was time to rivet the rear spar fork and doublers in place.

I squeezed all the rivets on the rear spar. You really have to set up the pneumatic squeezer just right in order to set the longer AD4704-8 rivets. I ended up using a combination of different yokes to get the job done. I used my no hole 4" yoke for the -8's and the regular 3" yoke for the rest.

I marked off all the holes that don't get riveted now with tape.
I have been debating whether or not to use conduit for the wires in the wing or to use snap bushings. Also the whole decision of what pitot system to use. The Dynon pitot with AOA needs to have a second tube ran to it. I have to make a decision to move forward so I chose to drill enough holes to accommodate all possible options and I'll decide which pitot I will use later. Per Van's, I drilled a 3/4" hole for the conduit.
Here is a shot of what I ended up with for the conduit and pitot holes. The conduit holes are 3/4" and the pitot holes are 7/16". I'll use the 1/4" ID snap bushings for the pitot lines.
