I spent two hours today working my way through each rib. I am about at the halfway point of the debur process on the ribs. I am using my die grinder with a small deburring wheel. It allows me to go around the holes and edges pretty quick. Then I make a couple passes with the scotchbrite pad. It is not difficult, just repetitious.
