Horizontal Stabilizer
April 26th, 2007 - Inventoried all Empennage parts - 2 hours
April 28th, 2007 - HS Construction Finally begins. Rear HS Spar - 3 hours
April 29th, 2007 - Front HS Spar Construction - 3 hours
May 1st, 2007 - Putting the left HS together - 2.5 hours
May 2nd, 2007 - Disassembled left HS - 1.5 hours
May 3rd, 2007 - Right HS Construction - 2 hours
May 7th, 2007 - Debur and Dimpling HS - 1 hour
July 8th, 2007 - Debur and prep HS spar and skins - 3 hours
July 17th, 2007 - Priming HS/VS parts and riveting HS spar - 4 hours
July 18th, 2007 - Started to rivet the left HS skin. More dimpling - 3 hours
July 21st, 2007 - Finished the HS stabilizer. The car flies! - 3 hours
Vertical Stabilizer
July 6th, 2007 - Vertical Stabilizer Construction - 2 hours
July 7th, 2007 - Vertical Stabilizer Construction - 2.5 hours
July 8th, 2007 - DRDT Dimpling Platform Construction - 2 hours
July 22nd, 2007 - Finished riveting the VS/Done - 2 hours
Rudder
July 25th, 2007 - Started on rudder. Right stiffeners done - 1.5 hours
July 26th, 2007 - More stiffener work. Match drilled everything and dimpled - 1 hour
August 1st, 2007 - More rudder work. Spar/ribs and rudder horn done. Right skin attached- 2.5 hours
August 3rd, 2007 - Made the R-710 Horn and R-918 Bottom Attach Strips - 2 hours
August 5th, 2007 - Disassemble, Debur, Dimple and Countersinking - 2 hours
August 7th, 2007 - Primed all the rudder parts. No pictures. - 1/2 hour
August 10th, 2007 - Riveted rudder skins - 3 hours
August 11th, 2007 - Glued rudder trailing edge. Cut out elevator stiffeners- 1 hour
August 19th, 2007 - Riveted trailing edge, bend leading edge. Rudder mostly complete - 2 hours

August 12th, 2007 - Finished stiffeners. Drilled right skin. - 1.5 hours
August 21st, 2007 - Elevator skins and stiffeners. Visit from Eric and Sonny 1.5 hours
August 24th, 2007 - Drilled skins and stiffeners. Primed Stiffeners - 2.5 hours
August 25th, 2007 - Primed skins, Assembled spars, ribs counterweights - 3 hours
September 9th, 2007 - Back Riveted Skins. Attached to spar assembly - 2 hours
September 13th, 2007 - Trim tab cover and control horns - .5 hours
September 22nd, 2007 - Right Elevator Preparation ~ Mustang Sighting - 2.5 hours
September 23rd, 2007 - Right Elevator Riveting - 3 hours
September 24th, 2007 - Left Elevator Preparation 1.5 hours
September 26th, 2007 - Left Elevator Priming - .5 hours
September 29th, 2007 - Left Elevator Riveting, Trim Tab Construction- 4 hours

February 10th, 2008 - Drilled out old trim tab and mounted elevators to HS - 4 hours
February 12th, 2008 - Drilled Elevator Horns and Started Fiberglass Tips - 2 hours
